I’m about to drown I lay in a sinking boat With no one around.

Life is cutting deep! Who gave it this blade to cut? With no time to heal.

Where did my luck go? I must have used it all up On finding my guy.

Behind a fish bowl Just gawk at this little fish Who cannot escape.

I look back at life And my lack of purpose caused Me to struggle hard.

The sky is falling I’m stuck running in circles So tied up in knots.

The tide is changing My hopes are in the air, and My soul is waiting.

Closed eyes, blind, to pain Hard times are close to me but I will fly again.

Strong hands lead me home I could get lost in your eyes And hold you always

The smooth wind falls here Nestled on my shoulder, I Feel comfort calling.
