Haiku 084/365

The waves fall into Our mind. We look beyond; They look behind them.

Sadness creeps to numb Numbness leaks in me. Panic Speaks. I want to sleep.

I submitted it. Poems for a magazine. I’m scared, but happy.

Music carries me… Transcending time and space. It Says “Let me hold you!”

Existence is real But perception deceives. Am I what I believe?

You make me feel seen! You hear me— my goals, my dreams. Oh, you mean so much…

The goose was nesting the air was cool and quiet the morning felt pure.

Thoughts that cause distress weighing hard on my chest. Take it away and rest.

I would feel depressed if I had gotten stressed or paranoia bled.

Journaling to heal… Gotta let out what I feel And know it’s not real.
