Clued in or forced out Seeking water in a drought What’s there…is what’s there

Life has been busy Forgetting myself? Easy Finding new rhythms

Internal screaming Even when you’re seeming fine— This life isn’t mine.

The cloak of sadness Comes creeping from the dark night Alone I am consumed…

Sips of mimosa… New hope on the horizon One breath at a time.

I look back at life And my lack of purpose caused Me to struggle hard.

Ribbons of color— Transparent streams of light drift Up past the blue sky.

Stardust in my veins. Happiness eroded pains. Sun behind the rain.

Well, is it so bad? Maybe I can make it work This isn’t ideal.

Little bit of hope Splashed into the scene as I Work on a backup.
