Heat is blistering The air flow is whispering Drink plenty water.

Day bleeds into night Put on the fan, take off the Light. Dreams swim, take flight.

The heat is intense. And hope comes in short emails. Let’s pray this works out.

Just waiting here now Counting down the minutes to Escape and go home.

It has been one week At the new job and I’m scared It’s not a good fit.

A cat by my feet. Nerves eating away at me Best to try and sleep!

Little bit of hope Splashed into the scene as I Work on a backup.

Not always greener On the other side. Feeling Low; can I just hide?

The moment has come. Orientation is here. Thankful to start new.

Spending time with dads Letting them know they are loved On this Father’s Day.
