The last breath I take I’d do it for my own sake And walk in the sun.

Afternoons drone on Can you hold my hand again? Can you feed my soul?

Arms out wide, eyes closed I’m ready to move weightless Will you keep this heart?

Don’t die on me babe. My heart will stop, nothing would Matter…without you.

And death may knock soon For any one of us. Let It come for me first.

Internal screaming Even when you’re seeming fine— This life isn’t mine.

Moving fluidly From one moment to the next Nothing seems to last

Underlying stress Caught in dreams, under deep breaths How to decompress?

The red bird is near. And Fall has come— I can hear The leaves as they drop.

Morning coffee is A routine we do before We part. A check-in.
