Distance makes me bleed My heart doesn’t yearn – it burns as I wait for you.

What brings life meaning? To write, or to love– what feeds your mind and your soul?

Don’t forget yourself, Who you were before the cloud hung over your head.

The mountains of love that I am trying to climb have a sunset glow.

Sadness draped over my shoulders like a cape – too heavy to remove.

Couldn’t remember faces blurry, ties severed who’s in the mirror?

One step off a cliff and your heart fell out your chest hoping for the best

Wind cuts skin like knives life threatens; hope can’t survive Swallowed whole by pain

Stormy cloud has come to penetrate a lost heart to cut my breath short.

Winter skies has come to the landscape of my mind making my sights blue.
